from your phone is bad haha.
I'll regularly pull something of DiS and email it to myslef then read it ont eh Blackberry all the way home.
That NME article is a bit....well it doesn't inspire a great deal of confidence in the mag.
or description pls?
Woman trails boring NME journos for a week, asks banal questions, writes banal article, the end.
that's a pretty cringeworthy article - and for the record, if i catch anyone reading the NME on the bus they're going to get punches in the kidneys
or just follow it again from here http://www.guardian.co.uk/music/2008/nov/09/nme-wiseman-conor-mcnicholas-musical-express
their overall strategy for the magazine being that you can't read its competitors on the bus was a little short sighted to say the least.
i frequently read the internet on my phone when i'm walking to/from places. wouldn't read a magazine in the same situation.
hurr hurr hurr
the people that are quoted in that article anonymous?
People don't publicly bite the hand that feeds.
the rolo tomassi bit must be refering to dananananannanananaykroyd as the support band?
im a tard. dananananananaykroyd supported jhnny foreigner the week before, not rolo
"No other magazine will feature the band Fucked Up on the cover"
Yes, but they weren't on the proper cover, were they? You put the issue inside a big plastic bag for some spurious extra section so the kids didn't see scary fatty bleedy man. Crystal Castles you'd have a case for saying so, especially as they were on the front ages ago; as it is, here's your petard, and there's your hoist.
i wonder when they won the battle to get him on the cover whether someone was sat there knowing there would be a big student guide cover or whether it was 'pick whatever you want to earn some indie points - no-one will notice.'
