SAD
As in Seasonal Affective Disorder.
Accord to the reliable source that is Wikipedia people who have this 'may sleep too much, have little energy, and crave sweets and starchy foods. They may also feel depressed'. I feel very very much like this, as in I have all these symptoms. I don't want to presume I may be suffering from SAD because it seems a little melodramatic but if I am, how do i deal with it constructively? Worth seeing a GP or is it something you just have to work through?
I know you can get crazy lights but I don't want to spend any monies.
