working rights help please x
Ok so my work (in a bar) have now told me that there's a complete restructuring of the pay system, and they're massively docking wages and bringing in holiday pay instead. They only told me this last night after I'd worked a shift, and then gave me my wages from last week at the lower rate. I just need to know if they can legally do this as I'd not actually agreed to this/been made aware of it and thought I'd still be getting paid as per usual. Anyhelp would be great. xx
