getting rid of a bit of chub (belly-centric)
since graduating and that, i've basically drank a shit load and eaten bad things - as a consequence my belly has become rather more prominent. if i do sit ups everyday for a while and eat healthy things will it go away or at least decrease? or are sit ups pointless? is there a better way of getting rid of a bit of a belly without joining a gym?
on another belly-related note, my friend calls his stomach his 'megatrain' - and i have no idea why. does anyone else have a pet name for their belly?
