Sorbet
Its days like these that sorbets were made for!
I've got some Carte D'Or lemon sorbet in my freezer. its pretty nice, but i can never eat much at a time because so sharp and sweet. also it has little bits of lemon rind in it, which it could do without as it ruins the smooth texture of the sorbet...
anyway - what are you favourite flavours of sorbet? whats the best kind you can buy in a supermarket?
I'm going to go have some now... :)
