CATASTROPHE IN THE WORKPLACE!!!
Note to work: Please don't give responsibility. I was asked to order 120 of expensive wine for a competition winner as my supervisor was away. A pretty simple and effortless job really, all I had to do was key in a SKU code and a quantity. A few days later the woman who asked me to place the order came storming up to my desk looking rather pissed off, saying "WHY DID YOU ORDER 120 PACKS OF WALLS SAUSAGES FOR THE CUSTOMER?!" I apologised and then suggested that perhaps they use them for a barbequeue, but no, the customer is vegetarian. Had the mistake been something less comical I'd have probably got in more trouble, so I got away with it, just.
