dealing with difficult people
is there a way? one of my colleagues was having trouble with a customer about an incident i was managing. i was like "give them to me and ill sort them out" in a big macho voice (meaning ill explain things to her and get the engineers to sort the problem out right away - we thought it was fixed). and then got completely shouted down by this total bitch who didnt have a clue what she was talking about.. and she raised a complaint against me! aRGH!
