Napping Technique
At about one in the afternoon I decided to have a quick nap as they're meant to be amazing, stop cancer, kill racists and bring back the cuter, friendlier dinosaurs. I set my alarm for 30 minutes later and ended up waking up at ten in the evening. Is there any way to make sure naps are more nap length and don't leave me being 12 hours out of kilter.
