The cure to a really bad mood
= sleep
I wasn't particularly tired, but I went to bed at 8:30pm last night. I was in such a foul mood and didn't feel like being around people (we have a full house at the mo, my bro & his girlfriend are visiting, plus obv my parents as we're staying @ their house @ the mo).
Today I feel great, really refreshed. I could so easily be worn down by the evils of work today, but I'm determind to stay peppy! You heard me! PEPPY!
