Thanks to John Brainlove I now have poached eggs pretty much everyday.I can't believe I was ignorant to the splendour of this little white pouch of soft slippery egg goodness for a whole 22 years. Why did no one think of telling me about them before? Cunts.
Pesto has also forcibly inserted itself into my culinary spectrum. Where was pesto ten years ago?!
