Slim or toned?
This is mainly for the women this one. (Or men if you have a strong opinion on the question in hand)
All my life I have been known as 'the skinny one' and it has pissed me off my whole life as well.
Not one to whinge, I decided to do something about at an age that I was finally able to make a difference. The last 5 months I have working out regularly. However it only recently occurred to me that most of the criticism came from people I didn't like, or didn't like me, so I began to wonder if there was really any need to bulk up. Put simply, I would like to kno- do you prefer a muscular or slim body?
