thanks for listening
I used to like the Ned's Atomic Dustbin one.
Just thinking about it, the Rolling Stones' logo must be one of the most readily identifiable in the world...
like Woods Of Pestilence
loves WITTRs http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-B1Ts4CEV-OM/TnuUFSM6DAI/AAAAAAAABHk/nm4hHzalThA/s1600/35741_logo.jpg
Now I'm just Googling black metal logos for the rest of the afternoon
And definitely the best band name I've heard all year, Bastard Sapling
the real logo, not the jokes one.
I really like Hateful Abandon. It's crisp and aggressively gory at the same time.
in it;'s own right and because it pulls out Poe's Law on the joke image macro i posted below ^__^;;
alas i don't have a picture yet
+ He did the logo for this really just unacceptably-named noisecore band I'm in: https://fbcdn-sphotos-b-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/397051_317055575004835_2116695110_n.jpg
seems like he doesn't do so many small projects anymore, or is just hard to get in touch with
It looks like a poor effort at Wild Style graffiti.
PWEI were always good for logos and branding too.
With the same design for their name, but more flambuoyant colouring.
that someone noticed this is brilliant: http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_matn565hJE1qcumozo1_400.png
Although Aphex Twin has a cool logo too
Nine Inch Nails
Red Hot Chili Peppers
Medeski Martin & Wood
Grateful Dead (skull)
it just reminds me of those shirts with flames on that got so popular with pop punk kids
Had it on my binder in junior high school.
Not necessarily original, but a nice re-purposing nonetheless.
proper haircuts, proper italics
It's the yellow and pink - they go together so well.
A decision partly influenced by the whole graphic design thing they had going on.
Very 90s, and still stands up quite well, I think.
one from first album is pretty great. The blue diner sign one.
do really like thr apc one
PEE. DOUBLEYOU. E... EYE.
Seems appropriate here...
it's on my website which I've whored enough on here, so won't post yet another weblink.
The 'A' logo is a thing of beauty.
and so i watch you from afar
simple yet effective
The one with the head and the star
