This genuinely is really sick.
Usually 4chan stuff is quite funny, but this is awful.

i constantly fear waking up one day to find the DiS community partaking in something like this that spirals
I mean, everyone here seems quite nice, but there are always a few who spoil it occasionally. It's great that the site self-regulates quite well, which means things rarely spiral or get too out of hand.
Ironically, everytime I see something as sick as this, all I can think is that it's more armory for people to curtail the freedoms of the web. Perhaps the internet would be a better place if there was a code of conduct users have to abide by or licenses people needed to operate a website (and if you can't police your service, then you shouldn't be allowed a license... I mean, 4chan is one thing, but the fact it's hours later and the topic is still trending worldwide on Twitter, just shows a lack of corporate responsibility on Twitter's behalf).
Feels like time to slap my laptop shut.

4chan were trying to start a further hoax last night
claiming that two twitter users had died as a result of the cutting.
Also, whoever said that '4chan is usually funny'
...no. just no. maybe 6 years ago, with humour so unbelievably offensive that 4chan was the only place you could find it, yet it was quite clearly ironic. but all the irony has kinda been filtered out by a new generation of cum-stained teenage boys who genuinely believe that black people are scum of the earth and that Anders Behring Breivik is an actual hero.
