Bullet For My Valentine
FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK
YIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
this was my reaction inside...
outside, a cool collected calm in case it never happens....
Would be great if they released it on Dec. 31st.
Just as a big "fuck you" to end of year lists.
Some of us have delayed our end of year lists specially ;-)
Never doubted it for a minute!
*expecting pure awesomeness, prepared to grant a fantastic amount of leeway*
Yay!!
I'm not letting my expectations get too high
Its gonna be average.
I hope not though.
MBV released two 10/10 records
Ain't no way it's gonna be average. Might be complete bonkers horseshit...but just don't see 'em pissing on their legacy like, say, the Stooges.
Here's what I will grant: Ain't gonna be any genre-defining breakthrough... Because that kind of thing just doesn't happen anymore.
I'll bet the mortgage on it: record will be great!
stop making me excited for this ;)
this is actually going to happen isn't it?
wow! it's brave of them to actually carry it through.
I wish it was a whole album of this...

I disagree
It was actually just chickenshit of them to wait so long. They're musicians. Hello, they got the luckiest job in the world! When they don't make music it's like some extra fuck-you snub as I'm toiling in the salt mines...
but i mean
they could have just kept everyone infinitely strung along - once the gap between albums became ridiculous it surely would have just been easier to release something under a different moniker for the rest of his/their lives.
This is going to sound like Shed Seven
Now you've got me excited!
with feedback
Proper feedback.
Kevin Shields just announced that it's been scrapped
Something about the midrange frequencies peaking too often throughout the record, tried to fix it in mastering but it's a recording error that somehow wasn't picked up on at the time
Why does this not surprise me
source or trollin'
its seems realistic enough to be true...
definitely trolling.
Can we get Alan_Mcgee to the thread to confirm?
it doesn't sound realistic at all!
no one would ever say that because it's not something that would ever happen.
:D
^ played Scrooge
in grammar school production of A Christmas Carol.
Comedy version, cos it did get a rise. :)
Now he just has to write the liner notes.
...not forgetting picking the cover art
They will probably scrap it altogether now due to ...
'creative differences concerning the albums release as a jewel case or digipak'.
