Hopeless Local Marching Band
Particularly love their last track on this release. Not having much luck tracking down any of their previous releases physically - sadly seems most are download only.

yeah you can buy stuff from him direct. he sent me some stuff free. it might be worth adding him on facebook (Kentaro Togawa) or adding hopeless local marching band and seeing what it'd cost.
