The Thermals
nah
I admit than when I first heard them, listening to the opening of Here's Your Future, I thought it was Green Day. That quickly went though. I think The Thermals have more pace and hooks. Plus there's more air guitar style solos and the lyrics are a bit deeper. Well at least before the newer album this was the case.
i've only heard 'The Body, the Blood, the Machine'
I'd be surprised if that wasn't their best record.
it is
but I also think it's something Green Day aren't capable of. If you're looking to get more Thermals, I'd suggest Fuckin A
Nah
More Parts Per Million is much better to my ears. Its relentless & hooky, & I like the recorded in a biscuit tin sound - suits them a lot. The Body, the Blood, the Machine is ace though.

thats very strange
Fuckin A
is the best record.
I'd say it's between the body, the blood... And more parts per million.
I've never noticed a green day likening, other than the fact they are punk pop.
I personally loved Now We Can See.
But, that's just me, man.
