Wild Beasts were the most impressive band i've seen in ages last night
Both the singers are great but the main guy with the long hair eclipses pretty much every singer i've ever heard - its been said a lot on here before but they really are pretty special

Wild Beasts
Not sure
About ecplises every singer by any stretch although is a great falsetto. However certainly an amazing band and have been great the two times I've seen them.
was that in liverpool?
Yeah there both really good singers, dont think i would go that far though. As an aside, crowd were well irritating though everyone just stood there, really still and didnt say anything or respond. I sang loudly, at first i felt bad but in the end i just wanted to annoy people...sad i know
It was ok I thought,
wasn't as impressive as I'd hoped though, I really want to see them again, the crowd was pretty terrible alright. It paled in comparison to Daniel Johnston later though in The Masque, one of the best performances i've ever seen. Also, if yr still in Liverpool for music week, Thank You (Baltimore art/noise (JAG))are playing Korova tonight.
There was an good article
in The Times about a year ago, where Hayden's voice is analysed by the Musical Director of a Bach Choir. It's interesting how he dissects the way he sings. http://entertainment.timesonline.co.uk/tol/arts_and_entertainment/music/article5140223.ece
His falsetto
is unrealistically powerful.
I've seen them twice
(both times they were support acts for other bands)
I thought that they were dreadful both times. I hate them.
Funnily enough
you hating Wild Beasts is not a bad thing. Who'd thunk it, eh?
You're right, of course.
Somebody has to stand up to these idiots. I'm glad we agree.
Ahahahahaha
oh bless
That's it!
WE LAUGH IN THEIR FACES! YOU AND ME, JOINING FORCES TOGETHER, FOREVER!
Two Dancers is simply fantastic.
My favourite track is All the Kings Men.
Saw em at Arches not long ago.
They were alright. Grizzly Bear were FAR FAR FAR FAR more impressive the other night though. AND they were playing at the shitey ABC.
I do like Grizzly Bear
but I find they get a little tiresome after a while. Their songs are all very one pace.
