Bless The Weather
is a fantastic album. Definitely pick it up, along with Solid Air and Inside Out.
Solid Air deserves all the plaudits it gets.
if you like London Conversations.....
The Tumbler is similer in style.
Stormbringer is a bit hit and miss, depends how much you like Beverley Martyns voice! But it's very folky in the best possible way.
Bless the weather is an amazing album, full of perfect songs, both acoustic and the electro acoustic echoplexy stuff.
Solid Air as everyone says is sublime, nuff said.
One world is the album where things start to really get a little jazzy, but a brilliant record for many reasons, the best of which is "Small Hours" 7-8 minutes of complete bliss.
sort of related as he gets compared to John Martyn quite a lot but
have a listen to the new stuff from ex Gorky's John Lawrence. Really worth a punt his new album..
