Yup, I've finally had the time to do my own website so its all under construction but the shop page is up and running at www.miemusic.co.uk

I've only got 50 of each release so its all a bit limited.

is very nice indeed, I'm going to have to check out Rustic Bullshit aren't I? Good news about Trouble Books too glad to hear they've got more on the way AND it's brilliant! The sites looking cool too nice and simple, plus full of quality music what mroe do you need!?! nowt...

Oh I'm definitely getting the 'Songs for babes' LP
I've practically lived *in* that record for a good part of the year.
One thing though, would it be possible to pick it up somewhere in London? I wouldn't want it to get stuck/battered in a Royal Mail disaster.
Its a lovely lovely record and Songs For Boats complements it really well as well

I'm thinking nice posters and tee shirts for the nice time they are over, which it should be happening just i don't know when. easter/summer, we'll find out soon i think.

Can't wait! I've been loving Talons' since the end of the summer and have been checking the MIE site at least once a week since then to see if there's been any update. Really looking forward to hearing the Songs For Boats Demo and having physical copies of Rustic Bullshit and Songs For Babes, they look lovely. Will Talons' be touring at any point?

its great to see a fan, i'm sure you've checked out his site at http://barkandhiss.com/talons and got all his downloads going. but yeah he's got a load of stuff coming up, two other eps, one being a completely electronic ep but thats on hold due to his mac breaking, then songs for boats being recorded in a studio properly, which should be so sweet, then he's planning another proper album, afterpop, for next year as well. also i just saw on his site, i haven't asked him about it that someone in Japan will be releasing a best of talons' cd, which sounds pretty fun. well touring wise, he was here on hols for a couple of days in janurary and he played a set then but really we're hoping for something like a trouble books/talons tour next year sometime. the new trouble books album should be out near easter next year and maybe it'll be an easter tour maybe a summer tour, i couldn't say anything for certain yet.
thanks again and i hope the royal mail get their act together soon and actually give me the records so i can send them out, its been about two weeks since they were posted from ohio so i'm expecting them any day now.
ohh well pre-orders are selling like hot cakes
this rate i might actually have sold out before the records arrive from ohio.

but i just couldn't contain my excitement, i just came back from france and the box of all these records was waiting for me and its quite possibly the nicest thing i've ever seen. its a complete and utter pleasure to be able to release it and i just like to thanks everyones whose taken the time so far and i hope you like it as much as i do.
