Edward Williams - Life On Earth
Not typical DIS fayre, but awesome all the same. The ace Trunk Records have released the soundtrack to BBC's 1979 series Life On Earth. If you enjoy ambient/classical music such as Satie, Debussy, Eno etc this is definately worth a listen. The cd is out now and the vinyl is due next week:)

Vinyl out today
:)
I'm going out to buy the CD as soon as I can afford it
Really looking forward to hearing this, the snippets I've heard have been excellent. Props to Trunk Records for resurrecting so many great little esoteric gems as well, there's a whole lot of stuff I'd love to buy from them if I could somehow assure myself it wouldn't entirely cripple me...
I know what you mean!
It should be around for a while though and things always go quiet on the release front at Christmas for a couple of months. I tend to use it as a time to catch up.
Yeah, although that doesn't seem to be happening on the dance music front at the moment
Too many good 12"s coming out at the moment, they're the ones that do the real damage to my wallet...
