Shooting Spires + Alexander Tucker + Internet Forever @ White Heat 03/03
Errrr we're playing this one as well.
:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
Shooting Spires
The solo project of BJ Warshaw, founding member of Brooklyn's experimental fourpiece Parts and Labor, who contributes electronics, bass and vocals to their shrieking bombastic power-punk. Taking a different direction solo, he offers layer on reflective layer of synth, organs, pulsating drums, distorted vocals, gorgeous washes of electric guitar, reverbs and white-noise, an otherworldly and strange concoction that is still emotionally accessible and quite addictive.

Alexander Tucker
Psych-electronic experimentalist Tucker manages to merge classic British folk with a post-industrial aesthetic. He has four solo albums under his belt, incorporating the likes of intersection rumbles recorded at his flat above Warren St tube. His cinematic scenarios emanate spectral moods, eerie synthscapes and fragile emotions. He has collaborated with numerous musicians and artists including providing the soundtrack to a piece by performance artist Spartacus Chetwynd at Tate Britain.
"... mesmerising ... bringing to mind Led Zeppelin and Americana film soundtracks" - DrownedinSound.

Internet Forever
Heartbeeps have teamed up with Laura Wolf and Christopher Alcxxk to make lo-fi indie Casio-pop that's as sweet as it's distorted. A sublime noise which just about defines pop perfection.
"It's been ages since I've fallen in love with a band so quickly after just hearing 2 songs!" - Separatedbymotorways.

Plus White Heat DJs Matty and Olly and guests, playing the newest Indie, Punk, Electro and whatever else floats their boats.
