tonight i am mostly listening to
A Perfect Circle, Tool and anything else that makes me feel like the first time I used Napster.
There is reason to this seeming lowering my indier-than-thou monobrow, it's because I 'm trialling out this new site called Spotify which lets you stream pretty much anything http://www.spotify.com but you may need a log-in to get the beta to work... it only has an advert about ever 12 tracks or so, so a bit better than we7 and those kinda sites and better than paying a tenner a month for Napster but am still not totally sold on it... writing a feature about it and Nokia Comes With Music which they want me to trial now that all the majors have sorted out their 'issues'.
So far I've found that it doesn't have any Pennywise before their last two albums, no dEUS 'My Sister, My Clock', no Sea & Cake and I think it failed with Promise Ring too.
What else do you think it won't have? And have you tried any 'legal' alternatives to p2p that are any good?
