Absolutely loving the album at the moment. I can't listen to it without doing embarrassing Thom York-esque dancing. Fucking brilliant stuff. They are playing Truck but I can't afford to go at the moment. Are they any good live?

they were when I saw them
but loads of people tell me they're crap.
I thought they ROCKED.
CANNOT WAIT
to see them at Bestival. One of the few recent 'new' bands that have genuinely excited me, the album is ace indeed
I don't get it, the whole These New Puritans thing
I've tried, and I'll keep trying because I feel like I'm missing out.
i really enjoyed them when i saw them
but they are pretty much the most I'M AN ARTS STUDENT band ever so i can see why that would put some people off.
the album gets dull pretty fast
I don't agree...
I keep hearing new bits and peices the more i listen. And my favourite tracks from the record differ after every listen.
totally agree
a very good few first listens, but then it just slides out of memory and interest.
I tried it again the other day and felt particularly unfussed.
Colours = Tune
Elvis also
i think they suck
sorry bought the album and listened to it about 5 times each time thinking it would get better (it didnt) - truly atrocious...
I am sure that they will be great
they were good when no one had heard of them, now that they have some (very) devoted fans, and have an album that seems to have carved out a niche, their gigs should rock.
It took me some time to get them, but one day it just clicked.
they're really good live
the girl never moves
they're hit and miss live.
better to see them somewhere small i find rather than supporting someone on a larger stage.
album is okay, every track up until Elvis is fantastic, after that it's pretty dire. 7/10 from me.
