Not 'Alright' (Supergrass-centric)
Supergrass have been forced to put all plans on hold because band member Mick Quinn has broken his back.
The bass player and vocalist sleepwalked out of a first floor window of the villa where he was staying in the South of France.
Quinn was rushed to a specialist spinal unit in Toulouse where surgeons operated to repair two broken vertebrae as well as a smashed heel.
He is expected to make a full recovery, although it could take several months.
As a result, their one-off homecoming show at the Oxford Carling Academy on 23rd September has been postponed.
Supergrass were having a summer break, having completed their sixth album. The record is expected to be released in the New Year.
Frontman Gaz Coombes said: "We hope the crazy fool gets back on his feet as soon as possible. I'm sure he'll make a full recovery; he's a tough cookie."
The Oxford show will be rescheduled, although no date has been set. Ticket holders can apply to the vendor for a refund and will be given first refusal on tickets for the re-scheduled show.
