jebus christ!!!! that probably has to be the most depressing list of sub-standard mediocre-ness ever, with the exeption of turbonegro and possibly funeral for a friend. so despite the fact that over the past few years there was the feeling that kerrang may have been slightly embarrassed with the fact that their magazine was associated with crud such as linkin park, blink 182 and the like, the readers poll usually came up trumps, as did their occasional choices of article, but now it looks as if the people who actually buy the (falling sales of the)magazine are the ten year olds down the shopping centres with their hoodies on!

What a great idea to hold their annual back-slapping contest on the opening day of the 'Carling Weekend'. So was Download competing against last year's Reading/Leeds festivals in the 'best event' category?
