I was there...
for two weeks in March and did many of these things.. including taking a picture of a similar SexyZone billboard n Shibuya! and it created much banter on the trip.
So true about the respect thing and being able to leave your things around!

went to Superdeluxe where a guy called Morgan's Organ was playing
They was a pet store near in Roppongi there where the animals included Owls, monkeys and bats.
The whole experience ranks among the most surreal
and yet utterly fantastic I've ever encountered.
Was there on holiday last September - Amazing Place!
Wish I'd had the chance to take in some of the local sounds but just never got the chance.
The people are incredibly polite and it's the safest I've ever felt in any place anywhere in the world.
