DiS meets Richard Fearless of Death In Vegas
Having emerged during the earliest throes of Britpop as something of a musical anomaly, Death In Vegas have continued to confound expectations ever since.

Good Stuff, Dom.
Probably one of the most consistenly-excellent band of the last fifteen years. There's little doubt Trans-Love Energies would make my shortlist for album of the year (provided that we are including the 2nd disk). Also, massively agree that the nightcrawler mix of Medication is something very good indeed.
Good interview
The new album is up there in my end of year favourites list, esp with the 2nd disc tagged on.
I went to see them last night in Camden and, bar a couple of songs, it was awesome. Amazing build up of layers of sounds, creating something monumental in places and the light show only added to the intensity. Really quite forceful at times, where you'd find your necking aching from the sound and visual aspect. Blood Yawning was amazing as was the totally reworked sexy as hell version of Aisha. Very hypnotic, and I'd have to say a very psychedelic gig experience overall is it took me up and out of a pretty low life situation right now. Getting lost in that last night was perfect.
Mr Fearless has def still got it. Can't wait for more from him.
