I first heard about Stevie Jackson when a business card of his was passed out at a local Indie-Alternative concert I went to. The only reason I even gave the card a second look was that it had a really eye-catching logo that I found interesting. When I got home I logged onto the website listed on the card and heard a few of his songs that were available for streaming. There were two things that really caught my attention. First were his lyrics. They reminded me of Leonard Cohen, which happens to be my favorite song writer. The second thing that caught my attention was his logo. It just portrayed his musical style perfectly. I wonder if he paid people to design the logo or if he did it himself. I know sites exist, such as www.logogarden.com for example, that can help with creating a logo. Either way, his logo brought me in and his music style kept me there. I am a Stevie Jackson fan.
