Thee More Shallows - Book Of Bad Breaks
Book Of Bad Breaks is not a particularly difficult listen. Thee More Shallows have, in a short time, perfected their sound to an extent that they can take multiple left turns without losing their way. It's prog, sure, but not as you know it. Just how you want it...

the welsh football
team is tNs not tMs.
and prog? really? i've only heard the odd track, but i always just had them down as vaguely poppy post rock.
Bad subbing?
Nah.
Who knows about Welsh football teams? Not I!
I got this album
after seeing them at the railway a few weeks back. It is a bit of a grower, but really good - knight school is an indie classis in the making.
they're not post rock, its just really interesting indie music.
One of my favourite quotes from Sky Sports; '...and they'll be dancing in the streets of Tele-Network Solutions again tonight...'
sorry, classic
not classis.
but you're a scummer
and they're The New Saints!
and
it was TOTAL Network Solutions. The company then fucked off from Llansantffraid and took the name with them.
best album of the year...
unless Why? releases something or the new Radiohead is this year and THAT good.
honestly, i can't listen to anything but TMS at the moment, even though they were shoddier than bad grouting at the Brighton Hope.
Got damn...
...this album is quite the doozy eh? And 'Night At The Knight School' is mighty, mighty fine.
Gutted that I missed them play a tiny basement bar the other week, anybody seen 'em?
