Dandi's performance has similarities to those of Nina Hagen, Lene Lovich and Kate Bush: women whose style is their own, who create intensity on stage without relying on overt sexuality to get noticed. Behind her full-on vocals, Szam's layer of sophisticated synths and bleeps belie his youth as a composing protegé.
