"Easyworld are three buoyant critters from Eastbourne, on the Sussex coast. They consist of Dave Ford (lead vocals/guitar), Jo Taylor (bass/backing vocals) and Glenn Hooper (drums/backing vocals). Last year they were called Beachy Head and Fierce Panda stumbled upon them on a joyous Saturday night at The Crypt in nearby Hastings. Since then they have changed their name to Easyworld and locked themselves away in Courtyard Studios with Si Richmond. Occasional evenings have been utilised by making the odd excursion up to London Town to dazzle the slightly bitter indie glitterati. Proving that being intelligent and compassionate doesn’t mean to say that you can’t rock the proverbial bells, easyworld have already mastered an unnervingly easygoing blend of effervescent melodies, wildly creative song arrangements and sublimely controlled mayhem."

Easyworld released a mini album, Better Ways To Self Destruct, on Fierce Panda in 2001 and two full-lengths, This Is Where I Stand, and Kill The Last Romantic in 2002 and 2004, before going their seperate ways, with David Ford signing to Independiente.
