Econoline
Signed to label: Seriously Groovy
Econoline, having stolen their name from a popular US make of transit van, have been around for over a year now. Their choices of touring partner to some extent help to map out their musical territory: Reynolds, Hirameka Hi-Fi, The Oedipus, Wolves of Greece and the Monsoon Bassoon amongst others. Surviving the loss of drummer Tom Emmerling (replaced most recently by Valentina Magaletti), Econoline's 'Breakfast of Champions' single was recently lauded by the NME and awarded Single of the Week, which makes them at least as good as Eminem.
