Who Owns Death TV came about in January 2007 when Richie Harwood (ex-Cars As Weapons) and Julia Ruzicka (ex-Million Dead) started jamming out initial ideas on drums and bass. In May 2007, with JS Thornton (Shinri) added to the mix on vocals/keyboards and Tom Fowler (ex-Million Dead, Palehorse, Abjure) on guitar the full line up was formed.
