Tristeza are: Chistopher Sprague, Luis Hermosillo, James Lehner; also with: James LaValle, Stephen Swesey, Alison Ables, Sean Ogilvie, Eric Hinojosa, and Jimi Hey.
The instrumental band formed in 1997. Founder member Jimmy LaValle now records as The Album Leaf and was formerly in The Locust. Tristeza are much admired by Simon Raymonde (Bella Union/Cocteau Twins).
