as an everton fan...

it's the only score i know!

Well done Hearts

first non Old Firm second place since 1995. Acheived through hard work and the strongest defence in the league. All done while the chairman looked as though he was trying to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Hard luck Rangers. Richest team in Scotland, being given another large warchest for the coming season but won't be playing in the Champions League.

The conspiracy theorists are out in force after Rangers finishing third. Rangers failing to acheive a win in a ten game run had nothing whatsoever to do with where they finished, oh no.

Well done again to Hearts. Not the best liked team in the league by a long shot, but they deserved this.

it is good that there is some variety for once

but will hearts actually make it to the league? or get knocked out before?

can't deny that it's good to see the old firm split

but i just wish it wasn't hearts.

*bitter hibs fan :(

Yous did ok as well

face_flicker, but were too stop/start to secure a better finish. Plus I was talking to a friend yesterday and he was punched twice in the face when passing an Edinburgh pub last week by one of around twelve bitter Hibs fans standing outside. They must have sensed that he was, like myself, a Celtic fan, and no-one likes us after us finishing, what was it, 100 points ahead of our nearest rivals and having the title wrapped up by Halloween ;-b

keiths_tele, I'm not sure. I think that if Barcelona beat Arsenal, Celtic don't have to compete in the qualifying stages, which would be nice, after last seasons great European adventure :-) Not sure if the same will apply to the jambos.

I think...

...hearts go into the second qualifying round regardless.
