shite :(

actual punch in the stomach :(

RATM refuse to permit live broadcasts of them

or even pre-recorded broadcasts from earlier perfomances, no idea why, but they're very particular about it apparently.

^ Oh and this is definitely a recent thing.......

when they headlined Reading in 96' there were cameras everywhere, and when I saw them at Glastonbury in 94'that was all over the telly too.

UNGH!

COME ON!

the moment i read this

I was listening to rage, and they went UNGH! COME ON!

what are the chances?

well with them probably pretty high

i reckon they're banning footage

because at the end of the festival season they will then release a live DVD

Yeah - take THAT corporate America!

or something.

I loved their S/T album but I really can't face the idea of listening to any of the later stuff.

sticking it to the man

etc

Fuck off, it's the best album as you would know.....

if you hadn't been 5 years old upon it's release.

at reading 2000

they had cameras everywer too, thats only festival set i saw them play. only other times ive seen them have been club shows and not been filmed for anything

Rock Am Ring 2000

used to played all the time on MTV2

There were cameras everywhere

but just for the big screen things for the festival goers. They put a ban on photos and filming and stuff. I also heard they got paid a 'reported £1million' for playing which is fucking insane. They were shit hot though, especially by the end. That Tom Morello character's alright on the guitar eh?

I too suspect

The reason will be because of a forthcoming live dvd, Which is disappointing if true.
They were amazing as ever though it has to be said.
