Does he have an opinion of everything? I bet this album is fucking shite.

Why do they need an expensive graphic designer? Their album covers are exactly masterpieces.

grrr Oasis!

"I bet this album is fucking shite"

Sticking your neck out there.

It's more tiring that NME keep reporting every little thing he says as if anyone gives a shit.

Possibly a bit harsh on my part

but he really gets on my nerves.

I retract my statement to - I bet this album is as weak as the previous ones.

why didn't you like

'Don't Believe The Truth', I thought it was a complete return to form, and contained some of their greatest songs. Or did you just listen to Lyla?

I liked Lyla, that's it.

I think Lyla is fantastic -- I honestly love it.

Also I love his pop at Radiohead

"They did it for free publicity"

Yeah much like every time you have an album out you crawl out and start slagging off anything remotely popular in a desperate attempt to appear relevant

He seems to have such over-bearing contempt for his fans,

that i find it stupefying anyone is still interested in them.

I really want to hear his opinion of Jay Z at Glasto

really reaallllly.

tongue in cheek

Anyone who takes anything Noel says as legit is wrong. He is my inspiration in life anyway, for many reasons.

no

next question

There's nothing really wrong with what he's said

except that it's not very interesting and somewhat states the obvious.

Why is he giving promotional interviews now

when it's not out until October?

"But good for them. That's what they do, they're rebels and outsiders."

He was hardly having that much of a pop, was he?

Probably because he realised

Radiohead fans are the only people who top Oasis fans in the "I would die for my band" stakes, so caveated it

I read that as him being

sarcastic and suggesting that it's really Oasis who are the rebels and outsiders. Maybe I was reading too much into it.

He certainly won't be shutting up

for a wee while yet m'dear. His band are releasing a new album in a few months time.

Come on Dom, let's get this sorted once and for all.

You've been here what, four years? Five years? More? Less? So why, after all that time, are you still one of only about six people who can't figure out the stunningly simple reply system???? x

Laziness

bud, nowt else!

:)

I'm sure you just do it to deliberately infuriate me, you fucker. I'M FRAGILE, SOMETHING LIKE THIS COULD TIP ME OVER THE EDGE.

.

and there was me thinking it was just because you wanted to refer to me as "m'dear". :(

Ha Ha!

Anything to wind the man Bamos up is fine by me!

aka.

"that miserable bloke off the russell brand radio show"

:D

too true!

...

No. Because the half understood ravings of an ignorant, nimby, Tory, northern twat are perfect fodder for grubby little coloured fashion rags.

And he was probably born ginger too, so that precludes him being some sort of ironic genius like Oasis fans believe him to be.

Wait for the new album

and 'Man of the people' Liam will get in a fight a week before the release, tabloids will wet themselves over how rock n roll he is blah blah blah yawn

...

Noel Gallagher is clearly not a Tory. He spoken openly about his leftish/labour leanings on many an occassion. He is also a renowned wind up merchant, who constantly says things that he knows will wind people up.

He might be being a bit cynical about Radiohead, but i wouldnt say that he is exactly slagging them off. By all accounts he's a bit of a fan.

.

I thought Noel Gallagher claimed he was a communist?

It's not like

someone has told him to release it for free, so why should he care.
I wouldn't fucking have it even if it was free anyway.

And having the most expensive studio obviously doesn't make any better.

I suspect someone from the NME just asked him what he thought about In Rainbows and if he'd consider

and he answered the question.

Bit of a storm in a teacup...

Don't slag off the gingers.

This is about NOEL.

Perry from Kevin and Perry

and that dude from thunderbirds, most of the time I do like Noely woly, Russell Brand is keeping him under his wing in a supportive way , notice on this video report how Noel looks so ickle and Perry like, "Yes-Miss Patterson"...
http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio2/shows/brand/

His album will be shite...

It's called "Dig Out Your Soul", which is shite, and their lead single is called "The Shock of the Lightening" which is equally shit. Those demos released a few months ago were also shit. Early Oasis stuff, as in DM and WTSMG are untouchable, the rest is dire.

^^^

spot on

hes right though

and oasis> radiohead.

"I didn't spend a year in the most expensive studio in England, with the most expensive producer in

It's pretty tongue-in-cheek, and he does make a valid, if pretty obvious point. The whole thing of Radiohead being outsiders is something they've used to their advantage for ages. That and awesome music.

Isn't Noel Gallacher constantly making remarks about something, anything, all the time? He's the kinda guy that tends to get quoted regardless of album release dates.
