anyway, i don't think it has at all. i mean, i've played many violent videogames in my time, it hasn't desensitised me to violence. i still find it abhorrent and horrible. i think it's patronising to think that people are stupid enough to blur the lines between fictional videogame violence and real life. these kids aren't carrying knives because they played Manhunter and thought it was cool.
"If kids are sitting up all night smoking super skunk cannabis and they become so desensitised to crime because they're playing these video games, it's really, really scary."
Maybe Jay Z is dishing out all that super skink.
Also pretty rich coming from a man who used to have cocaine on his corn flakes and smash up hotel rooms
with a colleague in my work's kitchen area today. As we waited for the kettle to boil, stabbing each other lightly in the faces and chests, we remarked that the problem really was being overstated in the media.
this reminds me a bit of Diana Spencer and her 'Landmines arn't nice' declaration.....it really is easy for vacuous truistic procalmations to make it into the news (as long as they are from photogenic celebs)........who says we are not being manipulated by the news editors......they are soooo selective according to audiance reation (rather than actual news or education) , its sort of big brotherish
untouchable celeb, then you might find that if you tried to discuss mines with actual useful pertinant detail and mention the parties involved so that something (beyond hand wringing and clearing up might be done) then you might be 'encouraged' to stop doing this....... in a very persuasive manner.

what a dickhead.
What is wrong with that?
i think it's stupid blaming videogames on violence.
i mean, come on.
the idiots who are carrying knives and killing people aren't doing it because they played video games and don't care. there are many factors.
not just video games!
SUPER SKUNK WEED!
He used the word "partly"

Nope
