i made jerk tofu once

they were amazingggg. but the tofu was so disappointing.
i just had deep fried tofu and sweet chili dip. so good.

that does sound good. my next step is venturing into the world of making tofu-based cakes. this sounds far less exciting than it actually is (well, for me at least).

I will jerk some chicken this week, I just need to upgrade to paste not powder.
I love it, but the only thing I don't like
is that there are always an unfeasibly large amount of bones in it. And once you have wittled away all of the bones, you are left with literally sweet fa.
Damned tasty though!
