the trick is to plan how long your film is from the start time and see what's starting as the one finishes.
thus walk out as soon as credits roll, maybe pop into the toilets as a decoy, come out of the toilet, wander into other starting film.

Like, round the pool. This means you have to keep up your speed and your rythm. It's exhausting but really good when you realised 40 minutes has gone and you haven't stopped!
