If we do play in Ely, I've modified my kettle so it doesn't quite boil water now. This means that we shouldn't face the trauma of too-hot-tea this time round.

I mentioned before about playing in Swanley and then staying at mine, which shouldn't be too much of an issue. Although we do have wooden floors, which aren't very welcoming. I'm happy to go to yours though. As long as I don't tee off first. Or when anyone is watching me.
I like the idea of it being a moveable feast,
so if you're happy to host, I think we should go for Swanley.
