Depends what you class as 'noise'
To me something like Prurient or Merzbow is noise. There was a fair bit of that at the Thurston one (along with loads of other brilliance). Nothing on that lineup to me is strictly noise though.
NBC should be a slightly 'darker' lineup and Patton is the perfect curator. People on here have been saying he should do it for a couple of years. I guess it 'aint for everyone.
