I love them all lots, but I have never delved any further.
My favourites are probably A Senile Animal and Stag, if pushed. Though Bullhead is solid gold also.

LYSOL
(aka Melvins, the one with the Indian on a horse on the cover anyway) is their masterpiece. 30 mins of solid sludge. And the Mighty Joe Preston on bass. The Eggnog EP, from around the same period is pretty essential too.
But yes, really you need everything except perhaps Prick. Though Mangled Demos and Colossus of Destiny are probably a bit "fans only" to be honest.
