I'm excited because last year was so overcrowded, and teeming with cunts who were told Glasto was cool - I can't imagine what Reading is going to be like this year *shudder*

The line up isn't INCREDIBLE, but there is still loads to get excited about - Battles, Stars, Los Campesinos!, The National and LEONARD MOTHERFUCKING COHEN

And MrHills and our other lovelier friend.

I was slightly disappointed at the lineup when announced, but to be honest, for people who went last year - how many bands were on your list of people to see? Most people I know had about 12. We were complaining the lineup was shit last year. The Pyramid - Arctic Monkeys LOL, The Who LOL and The Killers - who were so bad, we were part of a huge river of leaving people by the third song.

I've lost a lot of my interest in live music, but I'm hoping to catch this short arrangement:

just going to get drunk and have a brilliant time in the sun (it WILL be sunny) with loads of mates some of whom i dont see as way often as id like to.

this amount of brilliant time will also find me watching likes of jay z, wino, vampire weekend, battles, wombats, seasick steve, bluetones, loadsa filthy beats and quite very possibly will young aswell.

Like everyone else, I was majorly pissed off with the line up. But at the end of the day, it's still me and about ten mates at a festival for five days, so there's not a chance I won't have a good time

since Sunday and it is all looking rather well so far. The sunshine has helped. Lets hope it stays. Best bits so far have been a close encounter with the Pyramid stage and meeting Mr. Michael Eavis himself as I was coming out of the shower block, the lovely man he is.
