Bad Kids and Leroy Faster.
i was expecting them to be loud and fast, but both songs are NEITHER loud NOR fast!

which is a bit hit and miss.
Let It Bloom is great. They're not always that fast. But they're definitely loud and raucous and recorded on a 4 track.
Times New Viking are wai better though.

they were a little disappointing following No Age

get Let It Bloom first cus thats still quite scraggly sounding and if you can get with that then all will become clear.

I love Black Lips
They are amazing! They're recordings are ace and live they are brilliantly shambolic. I saw them play acoustically in a record shop and even that ruled hard.
