Mixed accents are probably the best of all. I had a really strong Californian accent until my voice starting breaking at 12/13, when it went southern British. But I still have a few relics - orange (oar-enj), forest (four-est), squirrel (skwer-ell).
I really want to move back to the US so I can get some decent mid-Atlantic thing going on.

I suppose I'd pick Irish or Scottish accents over most others though, in terms of like, voices I like to hear on the radio or whatever.
