Stephen Malkmus & The Jicks (pictured) head up a stellar confirmed cast for the eighth annual Siren Music Festival, held on Coney Island, New York.

The free-entry event takes place on July 19, and is supported by Village Voice. Also on the bill:

More acts are to be confirmed in the coming months. Siren runs from noon 'til 9pm, and a number of DJs will also feature across a pair of outdoor stages. 100,000 fans are expected to attend this year's event.
