Are there copies of this for sale somewhere?
Was never sure if it was properly released but would love to have a copy as really enjoyed the mini album?
Cheers

No :(

There were 1000 copies of the album made by the label but it never got released. All were printed on digipak. If you e-mail the label and maybe say you work for a fanzine or summit they might send you a free one!
Good luck!

really?

that's... ridiculous.

any chance

someone could upload this album maybe? i loved Soda Lake and the Children know the Score single, would like to hear this, shame it never got released.

hero!

appreciated

everyone download this now!!

best British album of this century off the top of my head!

download problems

Not sure why but having a problem with downloading this.
After downloading it just appears as a plain white icon not a zip file and I can't seem to work out what to use to open it.
Any ideas?
Cheers

If you're using Firefox

then it downloads with no file extension, meaning your computer won't know what to do with it. Rename the file, make sure it has ".zip" on the end. It will then work.

Or you could just use IE.

cheers

thanks

corrupt file

i get after downloading via IE and trying to extract from .zip :-(

haha

What the M.I.L.F

:D

Ace!

Thanks very much

i've got 5 tracks from this

the rest elludes me.

Their first ever gig was last night

at the Flapper in Birmingham. They were actually fantastic! You know when a good band break up and then the members go onto new bands you think "I'll go and see them because they'll be better than the usual dirge but I bet they'll never be as good as their old band". Yeah well Calories were so ace and personable and LOUD and just right. The songs were great so really can't wait for them to be all recorded and stuff over the summer. They're playing Sunflower Lounge on the 6th June which would be excellent if it wasn't for Tropical Hotdog on at the the same time at Island Bar.

myspace for Calories ?

It's quite hard to google...

go into myspace

search Calories under music in the search bar at the top. usually works

usually

not always...

Calories.

we actually met briefly once

at the first STA alldayer.
you were taking photos of people wearing jetplane t-shirts with your designs on.
my friend thought you were taking photos of her boobs, and you were a bit drunk and had trouble articulating what you were actually doing.
:D

I'd not heard of them before

But this album is wicked. Cheers for this!

a lot more lo fi but just as fun.

this album is unreal

SO GOOD!

going to be necessary records.
