made me try it out. It worked pretty well, but I am going for Roddy Woomble face fur. I can't wait... the GF (on the left in the pic) likes it which is a bonus.
Interestingly, I didn't have mny glasses on in the pic either... I might need to take one.
it was my first time in there for a gig, its a good size maybe about 250/300 folk can fit in there, the sound was good not great but a lot better than a lot of other venues. Couple of pillars can distort your view dependent on where you stand and i thought it took too long to get a drink before the band were on.
But all in I very much enjoyed it, I have Tapes n Tapes next in there which should be good.
i hate them,
but they played Stereo???!?!? Jeeeeeez.
Oh shit.
I can't believe I missed this. Bollocks.
Not to worry!
They're playing the QM at some point too, so i believe. I saw it in tickets scotland when i was in on Friday
Oh shit.
Can't find any info about it online... :(

17/5 at QMU.
I just checked it for you and i must bear the bad news that it's sold out.
Just go along, sit in Jim's Bar and flirt your way past the security lady
I <3 you.
But, still. </3
...i see you have a face now?
i was beginning to think otherwise.
Oh ha, yeah.
Found it on Bebo. I have shorter hair and more of a beard now (or at least I did, until this morning. The ground work for a real beard is on its way).
my testosterone levels
are still building themselves into a large enough army to conquer my chinny chin chin with sprouting fur
All this talk of beards recently

I think the QMU gig is sold out....
but I might be wrong.
I am really looking forward to it as it should be another cracker!
very good gig but
a hell of a lot of neds. A bloke with flashing bunny ears was in the conrer of my eye all night.
What's the venue in Stereo like?
I've been in the bar upstairs, but never descended into the pit.
Red Sparowes in July will de-flower me.
I caught them
last week at the ICA - great stuff. They still haven't nailed what they do live on record yet, but hopefully the new record will sort that one out!
good call.
i saw 'em a couple of years back on the 'Every Heart...' tour and they were pretty good. I thoroughly enjoy both albums though...
I was impressed by the venue....
