I managed to graze the inside of my right arm whilst lifting stuff during the office move, it's scarred a bit and looks like a particularly half-arsed suicide attempt.

well that's what a boy would do if he hurt his important hand. You'd have make sure it was still possible...

You should use tepid water on burns and then cover with clingfilm.
